Yes, log in to the POS interface, and in the drop-down, you can select Return Invoice, Enter or Scan the Invoice number, and Load.
In case of Exchange, it can be replaced with new items, and for refund, a credit note is generated which can be used while purchasing.
:;Can I migrate the data from one software to another?
Our software allows us to migrate data smoothly when necessary saved files and also export Sales, purchases, and other data in .xls, .ods, and .csv format.

Our Software gives retailers an option for Price setting by keeping the business margins along with customer satisfaction by accounting discount and promotion packages. These pricing rules are to manage customer and business products.

Our software gives an option to create coupon codes for customers. You have an option to choose whether you want to send the gift card to any particular customer or a promotional group of customers with valid dates and several users.
Go to Galla App -> Login to your domain -> Select Gift Cards -> Click on New Gift card -> Fill the Info and Save.
